At the time of sale, the property was fully leased. The property sold to a local investor with plans to add additional apartments above a section of single story retail, and to possibly build additional rental space on the rear open space. Eric Amodio, CCIM represented both buyer and seller in the $800,000 deal; 14% cap on current NOI.
