Amodio & Co Brokers $10.6M Industrial Sale of 200,600 SF

Amodio & Co Real Estate is pleased to announce the $10.6 million sale of the 200,600 SF manufacturing/distribution facility located at 100 Marketing Drive, Suffield, CT to Connecticut headquartered, Rug Pad USA.
