Amodio & Co adds another 20,688 SF to previously completed lease of 15,551 sf to Allstate Power Vac, Inc. with three additional tenants: RIMARK Manufacturing, Colt Express, and Contractors Home Appliance.

RIMARK Manufacturing, a rapid design and manufacturer serving the aerospace industry, executed a long term deal occupying 3,283 sf for their relocation from East Granby, CT.

Colt Express entered into a lease of 11,700 sf for their logistics and distribution business. In addition to storage and office, the space will also house a retail location open to the public for merchandise sales of returned items from their distribution customers, namely Wayfair.com.

Contractors Home Appliance signs deal for 5,705 sf for the relocation of their appliance business. Space will be used for storage and distribution.
