The property was vacant for an owner/user at the time of sale. Eric Amodio, MBA, CCIM represented the seller and Frank Amodio, Jr. represented the buyer.

In 2022, Amodio represented the first sale of 14 Grassmere and was retained by the new owners to procure a full building NNN lease transaction to Superpedestrian, a global operator of electric scooters.
