Amodio & Co represented both buyer and seller in the exchange of 200 Mountain Road, Farmington, CT. The 6,750 square foot multi-tenant office building built in 2001 was 80% leased at time of sale. Tenants include:  Family Dental Care of Farmington, Pediatric Associates of Farmington and Pennell Wealth Advisors. This pristine office asset is centrally located with direct highway access to I-84, on the heavily trafficked “Five Corners” intersection. The property traded for $735,000 – 5.3% cap rate on current income. Amodio & Co was retained by the new ownership to lease the last vacancy.
