Amodio & Co. Real Estate is pleased to announce the $2.1MM sale of 1790, 1798, and 1806 New Britain Avenue, Farmington, CT. The three (3) properties total 88,597 SF of manufacturing and office space, with heavy power and multiple overhead cranes. The buyer plans on eventually relocating their aerospace manufacturing operation, Polar Corporation, from New Britain to the new facility in Farmington. The move will allow for increased production and streamlined operations as they outgrow their existing facilities.
