CLOSING ANNOUNCEMENT: Amodio & Co Brokers YOYO Ice Cream Lease for City of New Britain

Amodio & Co. Real Estate is pleased to announce the lease of 159 Main Street, New Britain to YOYO Ice Cream. The Queens, NY based tenant plans to open for business in the spring of 2017, after transforming the once vacant space on the face of the new Police Station. The operation, alongside Dunkin Donuts, will be the first Thai fried ice cream shop of its kind in the area, making a great addition to the food offerings in downtown. Outdoor seating will also be available in the warmer months. Eric Amodio of Amodio & Co. represented both landlord and tenant in the transaction.
