The 29,948 SF three story mixed use property featured newer windows and roof, ample on-site parking, and houses existing retail tenants including: Boost Mobile, insurance office, hair salon and pawn shop. The two upper floors are currently gutted shells. The buyer plans on turning the two upper floors into approximately 22 newly fit-out urban apartments to service the growing demand for downtown living.
