Eric Amodio began in the commercial brokerage business after receiving his BS in finance and MBA in real estate from Bentley University. Additionally he earned his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation to enhance his financial investment analysis. His brokerage experience spans all asset types including multifamily, retail, office, industrial and land. Over the years, he has worked with a variety of local and global clients including Goodwin University, LAZ Investments, Northpoint Management, Stanley Black & Decker, Access Health Connecticut, and The Connecticut Bar Association among others.
In 2018, Eric was awarded both the National Association of Realtors Commercial Award for Connecticut as well as the “40Under40” Award by the Hartford Business Journal. Eric has won multiple awards for Connecticut CCIM DealMaker of the Year since 2016 including top multifamily sale, office sale, and office lease categories. He served in 2022 as president of the Connecticut CCIM Chapter and continues involvement today as a director. Eric is also the managing partner of a private investment group which owns and manages multifamily assets in Connecticut.
Recently, Eric has been involved with several office to residential conversion transactions- the largest being a 125,000 sf former Stanley Black & Decker office at 480 Myrtle Street, New Britain. The property is slated for conversion to 100+ market rate apartments.
