CLOSING ANNOUNCEMENT: Amodio & Co Signs The Village to 145 Whiting Street

Amodio & Co Real Estate completes the multi-year lease of approximately 4,000 SF of office space to The Village for Families and Children at 145 Whiting Street, New Britain, CT.

Eric Amodio, CCIM of Amodio & Co Real Estate represented the landlord, Whiting Street Associates, LLC in the transaction.

The Village, founded in 1809, was one of the first agencies in the country to provide homes for neglected children. Over 200 years later, The Village continues to help vulnerable children and at-risk families throughout the Greater Hartford region – over 8,000 each year.
