CLOSING ANNOUNCEMENT: Amodio & Co Signs YUMMY Sushi to Plainville Big Y Plaza

Amodio & Co Real Estate signs a long term lease with YUMMY Sushi for 1,500 SF of prime retail space at 275 New Britain Avenue, Plainville, CT. The former Parma Pizza Restaurant will undergo remodeling and expected to open late fall 2017. YUMMY Sushi will fill the only vacancy in the successful Big Y Plaza, with co-tenants including Starbucks, Dress Barn, Big Buy Liquors, Sport Clips, and LA Nails.

Eric Amodio, Amodio & Co, was sole broker in this transaction, representing the tenant. Landlord is Hayes-Kaufman Partnership.
