Amodio & Co Real Estate is pleased to announce the $420,000 sale of the former Burritt Bank at 267 & 277 Main Street in Downtown New Britain, CT. Prior to listing, the “The Burritt” sat vacant in a state of disrepair for nearly 25 years. The new owner plans to transform the space into a multi tenant space, including a restaurant & bar and entertainment venue. The buyer plans on reviving elements of the former bank where possible, including using the teller counter as an expansive bar top.
