Amodio & Co is excited to announce the sale of the former St. Rose School Campus at 21 Church Street, East Hartford, Connecticut. The property included a 23,504 sf school (complete with gymnasium), 5,801 sf church, and a 3,686 sf rectory set on 8.98 acres. Ben Bronz Academy plans to relocate from their current facility in West Hartford, following renovations to the new acquisition. The sale closed for $1,300,000.
