Amodio & Co announces the sale of 16 residential condominium units, sold as a package. 14 of the units were located at 47 Sumner Street, Hartford “Sumnerwood Condos” and 2 of the units located nearby at 16 Townley Street, Hartford “Townley Street Condos”. The deal traded for $940,000 or $58,750 per unit. At the time of sale, all but two units were rented. The new owner is a local investor planning upgrades & interior unit renovations on turnover.
