The 2,240 square foot single family home at 523 West Main Street is scheduled for demolition. This will greatly enhance the appeal of corner location as well as bring added visibility to the Popeyes Chicken location, both on West Main Street and from overhead Rt-72. Seller, John Switajewski, (owner of John’s Auto Sales) will remain in the auto sales and service business directly behind this location at 20 Arthur Street, New Britain. The sale sets the stage for further development in this area along West Main Street, given its close proximity to the CorWest Plaza (anchored by Stop & Shop) and exit ramps off Rt-72.
